The rooms were outdated and not very clean, and even the breakfast options were disappointing.

Location is prime, right next to Oahu's largest mall and close to the beach. The kitchenette was a lifesaver for snacks!

The hotel had a great location and friendly staff, making it convenient for visiting nearby attractions. However, the room was quite small and dated, lacking some basic features like USB ports, and the noise from outside was a real distraction at night.

We loved spending time at the nearby Ala Moana Beach Park, just a short stroll away. The kids enjoyed swimming in the clear waters while we soaked up the Hawaiian sunshine. Plus, the room had comfy beds that helped us relax after our adventures.

My kids wished for more family-friendly dining options at the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay in the Kona Tower! The partial ocean view made mornings spectacular. The close proximity to Ala Moana Center is a huge plus for shopping lovers. Don’t miss happy hour at Prime Steak and Seafood for stunning views and delicious dishes!

I had an amazing experience during my stay! The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The pool deck was a perfect escape from the city hustle, and the large tub in my room was a highlight! I would definitely choose this spot again for relaxing getaways.

Had a nice stay here with great access to the mall and enjoyed some relaxing time by the pool and in the sauna. The only downside was the noise from the hall, but it didn't ruin my experience. I’d recommend checking out the scuba diving options they offer for some fun! 🏊‍♂️

The view from the balcony was stunning, yet the room lacked proper cleaning.

The dining was fantastic with a delightful daily buffet breakfast and super friendly servers; however, the bathroom shower could have used a deep clean. I probably won't stay here again.

staying here was a treat because it was just a few steps to Ala Moana Park and the Ala Moana Center, making my weekend city strolls so enjoyable, and I loved that the friendly staff at the Starbucks in the lobby opened super early for my morning coffee fix.

It was just a decent option for a quick weekend visit in Honolulu with good price-value balance. The hotel is in a great location near Walmart, an awesome mall, and the beach. If you're looking for a place, just keep in mind the facilities might be limited during renovations.
